We cannot speak of performance without taking into account the safety and security of our employees at sites.

At ACM, we have a Security & Safety Training (SST) officer. His principal role is to train employees on how to keep themselves safe and secure during mining activities.

• We provide our employees with PPE specific to their activities.
• We make them more aware of the mining risks they may face.
• We train them in the use of firefighting and security equipment at sites.
• We train them to correctly face certain incidents and accidents they may encounter during their daily tasks.
• We conduct alcohol testing before they enter the mining site.

This is the commitment brought to the highest level and is formalized and visible on all of our mining sites.
