Grace is responsible for the technical supervision of the QHSE team. She handles the process of developing and implementing QHSE policies and social safeguards along with environmental and social management plans.
A lawyer by training with experience in environmental and social safeguards (ESSF) gained while working for WCS and WWF for four years in the Republic of Congo. This experience contributed to the implementation of grievance mechanisms for the Ntoukou-Pikounda and Nouabalé-Ndoki national parks.
She has worked on programs and projects related to community rights and independent forest and mining monitoring (NGOs Brainforest and CLIENTEARTH). These NGOs’ actions notably contributed to the signing of contractual specifications for approximately ten local communities in the Ogooué-Ivindo province.
