We cannot speak of performance without taking into account of the safety and security of our employees at sites.

At ACM, we have Security & Safety Training (SST) officer.

His principal role is to train employees on how to keep themself safe and secure during mining activities.

• We provide our employees PPE specific to their activities.
• Making them more aware about mining risks they may face.
• Use of Firefighting and security equipments at sites.
• Train them to correctly face certain incidents and accidents, which they may encounter in their daily tasks.
• Alcohol testing before they enter at mining site.

This is the commitment brought to the highest level and is formalized and visible on all of our mining sites.
